WEDDING COORDINATION
Rias Designs Inc. is well known to specialize in the details and considerations in décor and floral design that make
every event unique. Thus, I was often asked by couples to help in designing and organizing almost everything else associated with the wedding.
For the busy professionals, destination weddings or anyone looking for exclusive, personalized service during this
emotional and often overwhelming time, Rias Designs Inc. is pleased to offer professional and couture services
in event planning and coordination, giving you total peace of mind. Our team of certified wedding planners will
work with the bride and groom on every detail from conception to completion with unlimited creative and logistical
communication between all hired vendors, including all correspondence, meetings and negotiations.
We at Rias Designs Inc. will make the process easy and will make sure you chose a package that will fit your needs.
Platinum Package
With the Platinum Package we are with you from start to finish, helping you conceptualize and create the theme and
vision for your special day. We got you covered with services ranging from creating a budget, checklist, providing
ideas, inspiration, helping choose the right vendors, helping with the bridal gown, invitations, videographer,
photographer and so much more. We are with you from beginning to end resulting in the wedding of your
dreams. Thus, completing our motto and guarantee at Rias Designs Inc., “Making your Dreams a Reality”. This
service includes the day of coordination and the rehearsal with a lead coordinator and an assistant to make sure the
entire day runs smoothly. The platinum package is priced at $3800.00, includes all the above in addition a very
detailed list of all the services that will be provided. Please note for weddings outside of the GTA, there may be
additional charges.
Partial Coordination Package
While some couples like to leave everything to the professional, some like to plan their own wedding, but once
they have started they come to realize how overwhelming everything can get and request help in planning certain
areas of their wedding. With this in mind, Rias Designs Inc. has taken into consideration and has created a Partial
Coordination Package that will allow the couple to choose which categories they would like help planning. This
package includes vendor research that fit the budget of the couple, negotiation and review of contracts, scheduling
and attending vendor meetings (to ensure that each vendor has addressed the needs and desire of our clients),
budgeting and preparing a day of itinerary, accommodations for out of town guests, wedding stationary and
accessories (table numbers, champagne flutes, flower girl basket, ring boy pillow, signing book with pen and money
box) as well as our Day of Coordination Package. Our Partial Coordination Package is set at a flat rate of $1800.00.

Full Day Wedding Coordination
This package is fit to address the needs of the hard working couple who planned their entire wedding themselves
and now deserve to enjoy and take part in their wedding day stress free. In addition to the list below the Full Day
Wedding Coordination package includes a lead coordinator and an assistant for the entire day.
- Finalized meetings with all vendors prior to the wedding confirming wedding details (1 meeting per
vendor)
- Final meeting with the couple to go over details for the wedding day
- The itinerary
- Review of all vendor contracts
- List of balances remaining to clear with vendors
- Supervision and coordination of ceremony (if the ceremony takes place on a day other then the Wedding
day, additional charges will apply)
- Supervision of reception setup, wedding day photo session (up to 3 hours), vendor arrivals, setups and
departures
- Setup of wedding accessories , gift table and place card table
- Use of Wedding Day Emergency Kit (Yes, this is essential and always comes in need!)
- Ensuring and handling vendor payments and gratuities
Wedding Day Coordination is charged on a flat fee basis. The package above is priced at $1000.00 and any other
service required may be added A la Carte (a detailed list and pricing may be provided upon request of our A la Carte
services). Please note for weddings outside of the GTA, there may be additional charges.
Exclusive Package
Our Exclusive Package is a great deal offered ONLY to clients who have booked or looking to book Rias Designs
Inc. services in décor and floral design. This package includes all services offered in our Full Day Wedding
Coordination Package at the unbelievably amazing price of $500.00. You don’t have time to worry about the details,
so let Rias Designs Inc. take care of everything and you can simply sit back and enjoy your wedding day.
